Question: Do you offer a choice of shipping methods?
Answer: Yes. We currently offer two different types of shipping so that you can choose whichever is the most suitable for you.
Question: How do I specify a particular shipping method for my order?
Answer: It is easy to specify which of the three shipping methods you want to use. In the list of shipping options, click in the circle next to the shipping option you want to use. That circle becomes filled in by a black spot to show that it is selected. Now click on the 'Update cart' button to have the cost of this method of shipping included in your order total.
Question: Can I have my order sent my PO Box?
Answer: Yes you can, provided that you have your order sent by airmail. We cannot send parcels by Courier Express to PO Box numbers. Courier Express parcels can be sent to business addresses but you must ensure that there will be someone available to sign for it when your parcel is delivered.
Question: How long before I receive my order?
Answer: It depends on the shipping method that you selected. Airmail usually takes from 10 to 12 working days depending on the destination, and courier express normally takes 4 to 5 working days. These times can fluctuate depended on other factors such as the time of year and the efficiency of the postal service in the destination country.
Question: Can I track my order?
Answer: Orders sent Express Courier can be tracked online. Once your order has been shipped a tracking number with the format ED#########NZ (# being numbers) will be sent in your confirmaiton email. This can then be entered in the track and trace section of New Zealand Post by visiting the link found here
