Question: I can't find my country on the Shipping/Billing address section of the order form. Why is this?

Answer: Unfortunately we are unable to ship to every country in the world. If you cannot find your country on the 'Checkout' page then we regret that we will be unable to ship your order to this destination.

Question: I want to order by fax. How do I do this?

Answer: Contact us at shipping@treatallergies.com and we can e-mail you our fax number if you want to order using this method.

Question: I want to pay for my order using a cheque. What do I do?

Answer: Please contact us for address details at shipping@treatallergies.com Please be aware that all cheques will have to be held until they clear so there will be a delay in processing these orders.
