Question: Is the shopping cart secure?

Answer: All web pages where information is submitted, or is relevant to the user only such as account information has secure 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) server encryption to ensure that all information is kept safe. All data transmitted to this site is encrypted in order to maintain a safe shopping environment.


Question: How do I put items in the shopping cart?

Answer: Adding items to the shopping cart is easy. Click on the 'Buy now' button next to that product to add it to your cart. The 'Buy now' button is located near the bottom of the page to the right of the product listing. Once you have clicked on 'Buy now' you will be taken to the 'View cart' page which displays the current contents of your cart. The 'View cart' page also shows the current total for your order, including the cost of the shipping method you have selected.


Question: How do I order multiple quantities of the same product?

Answer: You can change the quantity of a product in your cart by changing the number in the quantity box and clicking on the 'Update cart' button. The total number of that item in your shopping cart has now been updated for your order and the price will reflect this change.


Question: Why can I not get the shopping cart to record the changes that I have made?

Answer: If you change details of the shopping cart, such as the quantity of a product, this will not be updated by the cart until you have clicked on the 'Update cart' button.


Question: How do I remove a product from my shopping cart?

Answer: To completely remove an item from the shopping cart, click on the 'Remove' button that is situated next to the quantity box. This will remove the product from the cart. The total for your order automatically reflects this change.


Question: How do I empty the shopping cart entirely?

Answer: To empty the shopping cart of its entire contents, click on the 'Empty cart' button. Your cart will now be totally empty.


Question: Is my card charged as soon I place an order with you?

Answer: No. Your order is not charged immediately upon submission via our website but we do process it as soon as possible.



Question: I made a mistake and want to cancel my order. What do I do?

Answer: E-mail us at info@treatallergies.com as soon as possible. We will endeavour to stop your order from being processed but sometimes it may have already shipped. If this is the case then you can return the product to us when you receive it and we will refund your card for the total of the order, minus the cost of shipping.
