Question: Can I order from you by fax?
Answer: Yes, you can. You need to contact us first through our contact form to let us know that you want to place an order by fax. We will then provide you with our fax number if you want to send your order this way.
Question: Can I pay for my order by cheque?
Answer: Yes. Contact us through our contact form to let us know that you want to pay by personal cheque and we will provide you with the necessary details. All cheques will be held until they clear so it may take longer than normal to process your order once we receive your cheque.
Question: Can I pay by postal order?
Answer: Yes. We accept postal orders as long as they are acceptable internationally. If you are going to use a US Postal Money Order please make sure that you send us the 'pink' international one and not the 'green' domestic one. If you want to pay by postal order, then contact us through our contact form and we will send you the relevant details.
Question: What currency is my order charged in?
Answer: Your order will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), regardless of what currency you have selected the currency converter to display.
Question: How do I know I was charged the right amount in New Zealand Dollars?
Answer: When your credit card is charged, it is actually charged the amount in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) that was listed as the total for your order. Your credit card statement will show the original charge in the foreign currency, New Zealand Dollars in this case, as well as the exchange rate used at the time to convert this charge into your currency, say US Dollars (USD) for this example. The total for the converted amount will also appear on your credit card statement. This is the total for the foreign currency amount after it has been converted into your currency using the exchange rate listed on the statement.

Question:What is a verification code?
Answer: With credit card orders - for your protection and ours - we request the additional "V-code" Verification Code from your credit card. This Verification Code is found in different places depending on what type of credit card that you have.
This new additional number is not embossed on the card and hence not printed on receipts - making it difficult for anyone other than the genuine cardholder, to know it and to use it.
