If you want to contact us then you can do so through our innovative inquiry form. This form is designed to provide a fast and reliable method of communication between you the customer, and ourselves. The interface can be used for any type of inquiry, from general queries to questions related to specific orders.

The following information explains how to place an inquiry, or view previous inquires for those of you who have a Treat Allergies account and for those of you who do not.

Contact us using your user account.

If you are an account holder, then you can create a new inquiry through your account. Logon to your Treat Allergies account as you normally would. You can use the easy access logon boxes found just below the main menu bar of any page. Select the 'Help me!' link from your account options. From here you can make a new inquiry or access any of your existing and previous inquiries.

Contact us without a user account

If you are not an account holder you can still use our inquiry form system. We do recommend that you try to set up an account sometime in the future so that you can enjoy all the benefits that this has to offer.
